From Work to Play with Express Men

I've recently been able to partner with my friends at Express to showcase a little bit of how I dress for work and play all in one. First,  the one thing I always keep in mind is layering, even with simple layers (i.e.: jacket). Layering makes it easy to pull off multiple looks and allows your fit to work in various settings. I put together a fit that works for both meetings during the day and drinks later at night; heres how.

Sticking to my military inspired style, picking a M-65 field jacket is a must. Keeping it simple, I sneak a tonal (black) logo tee under, with some skinny fit jeans. To top off the fit, I wear a suede baseball cap and some military inspired boots. Check out the full look below .

Denim Express w Express Men

Continuing my partnership with Express Men, we take a look at a pair of my favorite denim and what makes them my favorite. When i look for the perfect everyday denim I take into consideration the fit and color (BLACK). The denim fit is most important and the fit i go with time after time is " Skinny " with a 32in. or 34in. inseam so I can stack the jeans over my favorite kicks.

For this look i took some of my favorite everyday elements and brought them  together, I pulled a pair of Skinny Black Stretch+ Denim and paired it with a Graphic Tee and some hybrid running sneakers. I completed the look accessorizing with a dad cap and some of my usual jewelry. Take a look at how i style my denim in the shots below.
